WOW, Snow in April. Its amazing, and crazy! We've been having some wild weather the last few weekends. Last weekend it was tornadoes, now snow! Crazy! I didn't get to take any during the day because we were out of town but these were taken when we were coming home.

Ok, so today Jack had an interview and he has been stressing over his hair situation. Yes I said HAIR. lol He usually just has me shave it all off, but he's kinda been growin' it out, as you can tell, and he didn't want me to shave it today. So I told him to trust me and let me fix it, and surprisingly he did. I think it looks pretty good!

Day 61-When the rain comes fallin'....

Ok, so all this week it's been raining, and flooding EVERYTHING. This was the best pic I could get because we were having tornadoes all around us, and they were saying even after the rain stopped not to get out because of the flooding. I believe it was Thurs. night they had to shut down Interstate 35(the main hwy through Texas)for 30 miles both ways because it was flooded. That's how bad it is. All of the rivers are WAAAAAYYYY flooded, people have had to evacuate their houses. But the rain has hopefully stopped for a couple of days. :o)

Ok so, yeah I took this Sat. night. The band is called Dawn Over Zero out of Austin, Tx. Love them boys. Super nice guys and great musicians/friends! Ok so, i'm not fully back in action yet. We have the part for the computer but Jack just hasn't fixed it yet. So i'm on his computer because I wanted to post this pic that we took in the "studio". I took pics for a friends neice the other day for her prom and I will prob be posting those tomorrow. I have also done a mini shoot with my brother and his girlfriend so I'll have to post those too. Oh yeah and this pic is better viewed large.

ok, so I went to the doc yesterday since Ive been sick off and on for about 3 weeks. He told me I have strep, a sinus infection, and allergies. BLAH! I left work early yesterday to go to the doc and he told me to take 2 days off. I know that really pisses our management off since we have inventory next week, but oh well.

Ok, so my laptop is broke, Jack put my cousins memory card in it then couldn't get it back out, so he decided to take the whole thing apart, and broke the tinyest ribbon cable I've ever seen. Yes we have 3 other computers, one is a mac(which I cannot use, because it's confusing), one doesn't have ANY programs on it other than windows because it's a "gaming computer", and the other is Jack's, which he is either always using or hes in the way playing xbox. I have tons of pics I could post, I've been busy, but bare with me, Jack ordered the part for my laptop and I'll post when it comes in, or if I can sneak on his computer! lol

Ok, so yes I am getting terrible at posting everyday. I've been lazy the last few days, and very tired because we've been going to work lik 5 or 6, yes that is AM! lol So anyways, I was out taking pics of the sunset from the deck, and I did not like any of them. I looked down and thought, man we need to sweep these damn leaves off the deck. That moment passed very quickly, so with camera in hand, I took pics of the leaves! I didn't take very many mind you, because it's been in the 30's during the day here all week! Hope ya like it.

Ok so I know I didn't post a pic yesterday, but I have lots of pics to add to flickr so I'll post that link later. Here's a pic we took today at the Waco Suspension Bridge. I love the "fisheye" effect. Anthony bought this fish-eye adapter on ebay for like $40. Well worth it in my opinion!

Day 11-DEER!!!

Ok, so, this is my 3rd damn attempt at posting this blog!!! ARRGGGHHHH!!!! Anyways, Anthony and I went riding today and we actually took our cameras this time. YEA!! So anyways I saw what could be a really good picture along the river when I looked up across the river and saw DEER!!! They were coming from the woods on the left (in the pics) and going into the woods on the right. It was pretty cool. So I took a couple of pics, that was all I could get because it was hard to stop and take pics on the trail we were on. I totally got a good workout today. Here is the map of the park. We were all the way on the right where it says Mcc Marina (that's where we started), then rode the "River Trail" to "Rhino" to "Hale Bop" (which should be called HELL bop! NEWAYS, then came out at the top and wound up at Lovers Leap, so we rode the road to the "Twin Bridges" trail cuz we knew that would lead us back to the "river trail" then we could get back to the Mcc Marina, cuz at this point it was really getting dark. It was pretty much completely dark when we got back to the truck. Kinda Scary, but we did it!

If you look at the left side of the map and follow "river trail" we usually ride that all the way towards the Mcc Marina. It's a really good workout!

Well as always it was another stressful day at ol Wally world. I hate my job, well I don't hate the job, I hate the managers and all the changes that have been made recently. If they would just let us do our job then everything would be fine.

But anyways, I was sittin' here looking around at what I could take a pic of, and I see my candles that were a gift from Arielle's parents, and thinking, WOW that's it.

Day 7-What a day!!!

Where to start....lol. Ok, I'll start with the pic, it was taken today at my dad's while we were painting his living room.

Well after that, Anthony, Arielle, Blake and I went to Cameron Park to ride the trails again. Everything was going fine, we got almost to the end of the longest trail when my bike gears or something stripped out and from then on when I would pedal it wouldn't go anywhere. So, here we are sitting at the end of the trails, with busted bike #1 wondering where the hell we are, when it dawned on me...we are at MCC campus by the frickin' baseball fields!!! Why the hell would you end the trails not in Cameron Park...makes NO sense! So by this point it's pretty hot outside, so here we go through the campus parking lots, me walking the whole way, up hills and stuff. Well we decided to go back the way we drove there, down several BUSY streets, but we found a shortcut road, which would have been fine but it was 5 mph & there were speed bumps, on a residential road...weird...anyways, by this point I was on Arielle's bike, she was on tony's, and he was on mine...just coasting. So by the time I walked up the hills on that road (I was walking because the hills were WAY too steep to ride) I thought I was dying, we didn't take any water with us..dumb I know. Anyways, I see the H-E-B, and said why dont we go stop there and get some water, well on the way there, Blake ran across a crack pipe laying in the middle of the road! lol Crazy I know, but it gets better. So as we're going to HEB the boys stop a car and ask them which is the best way back to Cameron Park, and the happened to point down the road beside HEB, so we decided to take that way. Well on our way down this road (keep in mind Anthony is still coasting on my bike, and cannot pedal anywhere)...Anthony gets chased by 2 dogs, one of them being a pit bull. So I automatically start freaking out and stop because I don't know what to do. As I watch him coasting down this hill with dogs biting at him, he almost falls of the bike and comes to a complete stop because, yet again...he can't pedal! lol So Arielle and I decide to start riding where he and Blake are going and PRAY to god the dogs won't bother us. Well we start going and all of a sudden... a loud BOOM, sounded like a gun shot....we were super scared and didn't know what happened, so we stopped AGAIN, and I discovered that the back tire on the bike I was riding BLEW OUT!!!! JESUS could this day get any worse!! It was so loud a girl came out of her house and asked if we were ok! LOL We were laughing SO hard at that point, all the while, Tony's fending off the dogs. So we start walking again, now with 2 bum bikes, I picked up some rocks because we had to walk past the dogs, and I wanted to be protected! lol anyways, the dogs did not even look at us...just walked on by..hmm weird. So we finally got to a known part of the park and Blake and I stayed back while Anthony and Arielle rode to get the truck on the only 2 good bikes left! lol

WOW, I'm sorry that was so long. But I don't know how to make it short without leaving stuff out! So that was my day!

Ok, so this is Seth Grayson Hogan. He is such a CUTIE and loves me and Jack as much as we love him! He is 3, and OMG such a 3 year old! lol Everything is "why", it changed to that literally on his 3rd birthday recently.

This also was not my "original" photo I was going to use, but with all the media cards we have, I could not find the one that has the pic I wanted to use!

Yes I know I was supposed to post this yesterday but I was really tired. Anthony, Arielle & I rode our bikes at Cameron Park for 3 1/2 miles down trails and up walked up trails because it was too steep. We got a GREAT workout. YEA!!

Day 1-Scrapbooking is LIFE!

Ok, so this is obviously my "Day 1" picture. I'm kinda excited about doing this whole 365 pics thing. It was introduced to me through Kerrie C. who is an awesome photographer. Check out her page(click her name) or you can check out her 365 project!

Anyways....I thought this would be something VERY cool to do. I've seen the whole movie things that people have done but never really thought about doing it myself. So I think it'll be a pretty cool experiment and help me with my photography, which by the way is a really big goal for me this year. So wish me luck.
